**Side Note** While driving around the base waiting for Monkey to wake up, I ended up being "That Person". The one who you see driving during the National Anthem. *face palm* I'm so diligent about this. Making sure I stop when I hear it, and I'm always the one to give you the evil eye if you don't stop. I think I'll stop doing that now. You see, the windows were up and the A/C was on. I could NOT hear it playing to save my life. I saw a girl in a pick up truck stopped at an intersection where there wasn't a stop sign. "That's weird?" I said. "She doesn't have a sto......OH NO!" At that moment I slammed on my brakes (after checking my mirror to make sure nobody was behind me, although who would be since I was the only moron still driving) and pushed the button to put the window down. It was then that we heard the Anthem more than half way finished. I hope that chick doesn't think poorly of me. I had no idea they play the Anthem at 1630 on Sundays at this base (which in and of itself is slightly bizarre as far as time and day go). I hope also, that she saw me stop and realized that I hadn't heard it playing and corrected my behavior immediately. **End Side Note**

So after Monkey woke up a bit and Zach walked around carrying him he finally eyed the swings. Oh the swings! See, my Monkey loves to swing. Not only does he love to swing but he had Zach push him for an HOUR. An hour on the swings with Daddy on Father's Day. :) Zach said it was great and he had a wonderful time so that's all that matters. :) And I think I got some nice shots of them to commemorate the day.

After the park it was time to eat and Zach said he wanted to go to Ruby Tuesday for dinner. We willingly obliged and off we went. Monkey did really well, we kept offering him Craisins (this child goes bonkers for Craisins!) and crackers until his meal arrived. He also ate his first cherry! He very much so enjoyed it and (of course) wanted more. :) So out of the 6 cherries Zach and I had combined from our Cherry Cokes, Monkey ate 4 and we each got 1. Lol. :)

I wish I had taken a picture of Monkey's hair post dinner. The macaroni and cheese at Ruby Tuesday has a really creamy sauce. Monkey used his hands more than his fork to eat with. He then proceeded to swirl his hand through the hair on the back of his head (which he does often). The hair on the back of his head ended up sticking straight out! It was pretty hysterical and resulted in a bath upon our arrival home. :)

All in all it was a wonderful Father's Day and I got some nice shots of Father and Son together. :) I leave you with a bunch of photo's. :)

I'm not sure what the whole "Biting the lip" thing is about but it's cute. :)

After he spent for-ev-er on the big boy swing, Zach put him in a baby swing so he could really get some height going. THAT is why there is a gigantor grin on Monkey's face. :) He was getting really big pushes from Daddy and he thought that was wicked cool. :)

Oh, cute! The one of them both on swings, looking at each other, is my favorite!
